A PDF SEWING PATTERN for the Sandor © Wallet. The Sandor Wallet includes 3 different Wallet styles, plus a removable ID Wallet and a Card Holder. Your Sandor Wallet will have a finished size of approximately:

Sandor Wallet: 24 cm wide x 8.9 cm tall (9 1/2” x 3 1/2”) when open

Removable Small ID Wallet: 19.7 cm x 7 cm (7 3/4” x 2 3/4”) when open

Removable Large Card Holder: 28 cm x 7 cm (11” x 2 3/4”) when open

The Sandor Wallet is a raw edge, lined Wallet with options for a Snap Closure Tab, ONE Coin Pouch, ONE ID Window, ONE removable ID Holder, THREE to SIX Card Slots, ONE removable Card Holder, and ONE or TWO large slip pockets for cash and receipts.

You can choose which parts of your Sandor Wallet will be made with your Accent materials.

I sew my Sandor Wallets on my Janome HD3000 and my Janome MC8200QCP, both domestic machines, not industrials. I try to make products that don’t need an industrial machine. The thickest layers sewn for the Sandor Wallet are 3 or 4 layers of Cork or Vinyl, etc. Test your machine with scraps to see if it can sew that thick of a layer.

This is a Beginner/Intermediate pattern. Pattern Instructions include both metric and imperial units. There are 44 pages of detailed instructions with 125 large colour photos to help you construct your Sandor Walet. All pattern pieces are included too!

Included in the pattern:

– all Pattern Pieces, including all the rectangle pieces, all formatted for printing on either Letter or A4 paper, with A0 copy shop and Projector files coming soon!

– Pattern Piece Labels

– Gallery Photos for View A, B, and C, with pattern pieces indicated.

– SVG & PNG cutting machine files for an extra cost. Please choose this option before adding to cart!

PLEASE NOTE: Cricut's recent update randomly adjusts the size of uploaded SVG files, therefore the 1" square included with each SVG will indicate whether your SVG has uploaded correctly. Download the "READ ME FIRST" file included with this pattern for instructions on how to adjust each pattern piece for Cricut. Cricut is aware of this problem.

Pleas note that I am not an IT person and have consulted with an IT person on how to prepare & upload, download, unzip and open SVG/PNG files in a cutting machine program. If you are having difficulty with your system, please contact a professional.

Materials and Hardware Required:

Outer material: (Cork, Leather, or Vinyl): 18” x 26” or quarter yard roll, 1/4 yard (0.25 metre), or enough Scraps for all your pieces.

Lining material: (Kraftex or non-fraying 300 denier Water Proof/Water Resistant material): 18” x 26” or quarter yard roll, 1/4 yard (0.25 metre), or enough Scraps for all your pieces.

Clear Vinyl: 0.7 mm: just a piece or two 10 cm x 7.5 cm or 4” x 3” each

Optional Heavyweight stabilizer: - if needed, Scraps for reinforcing Wallet, Snap Closure Tab, and/or Rivets or Chicago Screws. Suggested: Pellon Decovil Heavy, Pellon Peltex.

Magnetic Snaps: One 3/4” (18 mm) or smaller magnetic snap for the optional Coin Pouch, and/or One 3/4” (18 mm) or smaller magnetic snap for the optional Snap Closure Tab.

Optional Spring Money Clip Bar and Horizontal Wallet Insert:

Chicago Screw or Rivet

Optional Edge Paint or Beacon 3in1 Glue
